This program uses your active reminders set in Clinical Audit to trigger paragraphs that will be inserted into customised patient letters. If the reminder is from an nGMS Audit search it can add a suitable 1st, 2nd or 3rd letter or recall entry to your vision system. It will not add a further letter at the same stage until the previous one is over 1 year old. After three staged letters have been added within a year it can add an appropriate patient dissent nGMS exception code. These entries will not be re-added within 12 months.

Each paragraph to be added can be customised & your changes are retained. Under nGMS certain activities are rewarded but do not always need face to face contact. You may, therefore, specify Read Terms associated with specific paragraphs. These will be added when the letter is printed.

As downloaded there are several suggested paragraphs but you can specify your own wording easily.

The program logs into vision as usual but you can choose which clinician is shown on the entries added just as your staff can when entering data on your behalf.
