This program helps you build a user defined list of Read codes that match the Action Groups of your current active Repeat Master lines. These are then matched against the patient history entries and shows whether there are relevant Priority 1, Problem or other hisory entries.

Once you have built up a set of read codes (or altered those set up on installation) you can print out a group of patients for review. The print-out shows all Priority 1 and Problems by patient plus each Repeat Master with a marching Read Code if found with prompts to edit or add history entries. Where no code can be matched you are shown those searched. Each print-out shows the most recently seen GP.

Building up and altering your Read Code set is easily done on screen. This can be done using current Priority 1 or Problem entries. Alternatively you may choose an read code from the patient's record or add a selected Read Code. Inadvertantly selected terms are easily deleted. Your selections are saved between sessions.

You may restrict your print-outs to patients with new Repeat Masters for drug action groups first used after 31st March 2004 to help ensure compliance with the new GMS contract requirements.
