Once you have set up your Staff and Appointment Slot type selections this program will
show you a continuously updated display of appointments used and those remaining.
The display is updated at regular intervals - you may select between every 1 to 9 minutes.The
date range defaults to 3 weeks before and after today's date but you may select any range of
weeks up to 1 year.
